TRAINERS (BACK OFFICE) – Unity in diversity is the key to Hindustan Investigation & Security Services. With professionals having hands on ground training from different forces right from ex Army Men, ex CRPF, ex ITBP to ex Airforce, we are blessed to have them by our side. Their field experiences and enrichment enlightens our Security personnel and gives them the motivation to stay alert and disciplined always.

RECRUITMENT – A certified guard has to go through a written test related to Security. Once a guard clears the test, he has to produce all the elementary proof in originals along with a Police verification report duly attested by respective S.P. and above grade officers. After getting all the requisite documents, a unique employee i.d. is being issued to the security personnel and his data is being uploaded into ERP.

BACK OFFICE – Apart from this, we have a dedicated back office team who makes sure that all the compliances and payments are up to date. A dedicated team is there to cover the mishap, while on duty if any.

FIELD STAFF – Field officers directly keeps in touch with the employees as well as company representatives.
